Markaby · Clickgate Online
Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules that will govern use of the Markaby goods transport platform in Saudi Arabia.
1. About these terms
These terms and conditions explain the rules that will apply when you use Markaby, a goods-transport platform operated by Clickgate Online in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or booking a transport service through the app once it launches, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Markaby will connect customers with independent drivers and vehicle owners for the transport of goods, from small parcels to full loads and heavy haulage, across Saudi Arabia. We arrange and manage the booking, tracking, and payment experience; the transport is performed by the assigned driver or fleet partner.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You may need an account to book transport. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. Business users are responsible for anyone acting on their behalf. Accounts may not be transferred to another person or entity.
4. Bookings and acceptable goods
You are responsible for the accuracy of pickup and delivery details and for describing your goods correctly. Certain items will not be accepted, including illegal goods, hazardous materials, prohibited substances, and items that cannot lawfully be transported in Saudi Arabia. We may refuse or cancel a booking that breaches these rules.
5. Preparation and handover
Goods must be packed and prepared appropriately for their size and type. For home or business moves, you are responsible for confirming that items can be safely loaded, moved, and delivered. You or an authorized representative should be present at pickup and delivery unless alternative arrangements are agreed.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices will be shown before you confirm a booking and are based on vehicle type, distance, and any additional services. Payment is made through the app using the methods offered at the time. Tolls, permits, waiting time, or other charges, where applicable, will be disclosed before or during the trip.
7. Cancellations and changes
You may cancel or amend a booking through the app before the driver begins the trip. Cancellation or change fees may apply when a vehicle has already been dispatched or when a booking is cancelled late. The applicable conditions will be shown before you confirm each booking.
8. Responsibilities of drivers and partners
Drivers and fleet partners using Markaby must hold valid licenses, permits, and insurance, maintain their vehicles in safe condition, and comply with Saudi transport regulations and these terms. We may suspend or remove a partner who breaches these requirements.
9. Liability
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Our responsibility for loss or damage to goods, and any compensation limits, exclusions, and claim procedures, will be presented clearly in the app before launch and may depend on the service selected and the information you provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.
10. Intellectual property
The Markaby name, logo, application, and related materials are owned by Clickgate Online or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without written permission, except as needed to use the service for its intended purpose.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, provide false information, or use the platform unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may request deletion of your account subject to our legal retention duties.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes will be handled before the competent Saudi authorities. We may update these terms as the service develops; the current version will always be available at this URL. These terms were last updated on 28 September 2026.
