Once the app launches, you can delete your account yourself from Settings → Account → Delete account, without needing to contact us.

Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your Markaby account and personal data at any time. This page explains how that works, and it is operated by Clickgate Online as the operator of Markaby in Saudi Arabia.
Your right under the law
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to request deletion of your data. We honour that right as an obligation, not a courtesy.
What happens after deletion
We delete or permanently de-identify your account data, except what the law requires us to keep (such as financial trip records) and for the period the law sets.
Pre-launch status
Markaby has not yet started creating accounts or collecting data through the app. At launch, account deletion will be available inside the app, together with an additional request channel documented on this page and in the Privacy Policy.
